CHECK OUT OUR HEALTHY AGING SERIES!
Yoga for Healthy Aging is a series of ever changing classes targeting healthy movement through the aging process. It is a class for all ages at every stage of life. Beginners are welcome. We will be targeting subjects like roller ball classes to break up knots and allow fluid to flow through the fascia, yoga for arthritis, motion is lotion, not your grandmother’s chair yoga, balance and stability, intro to posture and others. These classes are part of the regular schedule so your 5 and 10 class passes and unlimited yoga may be used as well as drop ins.

Incorporated in the All Levels class on Saturday mornings. Join Deb for some simple moves, dance your emotions out, and then cool down with more yoga. Lots of fun for everyone.

YOGA FOR POSTURE SERIES with Judi Cofrin Improving your posture helps to create a healthy spine, opens the chest to expand breath flow, and increases space to allow for the abdominal organs to work uninhibited. There is the added benefit of less pain and more energy to do those activities you want to do. Even some long time issues with poor posture can be reversed over time. $150.00 for 6-week series |
BELLY DANCING with Diana Moore
This 8-week series is so much fun! Diana takes you through the art and physicality of belly dance. Warm ups and cool downs are facilitated through the use of yoga style stretches. Simple elegant moves are fun to learn and build on. Move those dancing bellies and maybe gain some flexibility abdominal control and grace. $100.00 for 8-week series |
